Developer Raza Farhad, ex-CEO of Softchaos, has released a new product for the Mac called Qu-s. This is a small application that adds a note taking system to the Desktop.
“By using the Desktop, these notes are always at your finger tips but out of your way,” Farhad told Macsimum News. “One of the features of Qu-s that gives it a unique twist, is its ability to store and preview web links in its notes, making it easy to manage and retrieve what you had previously found on the Internet.
Qu-s costs US$16.95. A demo is available for download.
“I feel that the computer has many tools to store information on a permanent bases, but lacks a developed solution for your temporary needs; such as creating a quick checklist for a task, or structuring an idea, or when searching on the net, a way of storing pages to be explored later,” Farhad says. “Qu-s attempts to address these issues in a non-complicated, well designed and fun way.”
